Wedding Day Coordination

This wedding planning package is designed for couples who have planned most of their wedding but are seeking support and consultation during the final stage leading up to the wedding day. As experienced Kamloops wedding planners, we step in 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding to manage the details from that point forward. We will review your progress and current wedding planning needs, help with your detailed timeline, go over the décor plan, contact your vendors with final reminders, and be there to manage your big day. You have planned almost everything, and we will execute everything to match your vision so that you and your families can fully enjoy the experience and truly be guests on the wedding day.

Services with this package include but are not limited to:

- Confirmation & coordination of vendors - contracts, arrival, set-up, etc.

- Reception Hall Décor set-up & takedown (excluding ceiling drapery, which will incur additional charges due to complexity and extra labor)

- Coordination of your wedding day

- A fully planned schedule of the order of events & a delegated list of responsibilities

- Planning of any last-minute items

- Assistance where required (decor, making sure the order of events is followed in a timely manner, liaising with vendors, etc.)

Partial Wedding Planning

Your wedding day is one of the most important milestones in life. You have carefully selected your venue and booked a few vendors, but more and more time-consuming tasks start to appear on your to-do list. As your dedicated Kamloops wedding planner, we step in 5 months prior to the wedding to assist with vendor bookings, and 4 months prior to the wedding, we will start managing the rest of the details from that point forward.

Our Partial wedding planning package includes everything listed in the Wedding Day Coordination Package, plus the following:

- A detailed plan to assist with completing wedding-related tasks

- Vendor sourcing, correspondence, and negotiations

- Décor sourcing

Elite Events BC offers hourly wedding consultation services. We can help with:

* Sourcing of wedding vendors - caterers, wedding officiant, hair stylists, MUA and more.

* Assistance with décor (putting centerpieces together, assembling cake stands, balloon garlands, etc.)
